Linda Bradley, J.D., R.N., served as chief executive officer of Centinela Hospital Medical Center from 2010 until 2019. During her tenure she was instrumental in assisting Centinela in achieving quality distinctions including the Health Grades Distinguished Hospital Award for Clinical Excellence in 2011 through 2016 (Top 5% Nationally), Truven Health Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters) 100 Top Hospitals in 2012 through 2016 (Top 5% Nationally), Leap Frog Group A Grade for Patient Safety 2013 through 2016, Los Angeles Business Journal Medical Center of the Year 2014 and Hospital CEO of the Year 2016, and Becker’s Hospital Review 130 Women Hospital and Health System Leaders to Know 2014.
Ms. Bradley completed her R.N. studies in San Bernardino, California and later went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree, graduating from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, magna cum laude. She is a sought-after and accomplished educator of physicians, nurses, and other clinical practitioners, and assists in creating practical implementation strategies to achieve organizational strategic results in this complex and ever-changing healthcare landscape. She served on the California Hospital Association faculty from 1999 through 2003, instructing their annual Consent Law and Minor Consent Law Seminars. Additionally, she serves on the Institute for Medical Leadership Faculty instructing the annual Chief of Staff Boot Camp, focusing on Alignment and Patient Safety Culture. Serving on the original Board of the California Hospital Patient Safety Organization (CHPSO), she has a strong commitment to quality care and patient safety.
